I hope you are doing well and preparing with expectation for what God will do next weekend at our Youth Convention. As we continue to ensure excellence, safety, and accountability in all of our ministry gatherings and events, we need your support in completing a crucial step.
All minors attending our event must have a completed consent form signed by both their parent/guardian and their pastor.
This includes every student under the age of 18 — no exceptions. These forms are required for participation and help us protect our young people as well as our churches.

Meet Char Blair – an engaging communicator. She’s known for her witty sense of humor and willingness to speak truth from God’s Word about real life situations.
As an ordained minister with the Northern California & Nevada Assemblies of God District Council, she’s got the credentials and the heart to back it up.
A proud graduate of William Jessup University, Char holds a degree in Psych/Counseling and Biblical Theology. She recently graduated from SUM Bible College and Seminary with her Masters in Church Leadership. She is a traveling domestic evangelist with the NCN District. She has a passion to see the next generation experience revival.
Melody Adorno is a bilingual singer-songwriter and worship leader whose music resonates with deep faith and a heartfelt passion for people. Growing up as a pastor's kid in a bilingual home, she has been involved in ministry from a young age. Her journey as a worship leader and youth pastor has given her a profound understanding of connecting with the next generation and leading them toward a deeper relationship with God.
Melody's work as a songwriter and worship leader has led to significant collaborations, including her time with Maverick City Music and its Spanish-language extension, Maverick City Música. Through this platform, she was instrumental in creating songs like the globally recognized "Mi Oración" and "Libertad". Her talent has also been recognized with multiple nominations for Dove and Grammy awards.
With a degree in Communications and a minor in Music/Psychology from Southeastern University, Melody brings a unique skillset that informs her approach to discipleship and creative ministry. She is currently a Creative Pastor at her local church, where she continues to use unconventional and art-driven methods to encourage others in their faith journey.
Whether through a single song or a personal conversation, Melody's mission is to inspire, and her conviction is that every life can be transformed. We are thrilled to have her lead us in worship and help us experience the presence of God at this year's convention.
